Four young people are receiving medical treatment after sustaining gunshot wounds in an early morning shooting near Joe Mikes, situated between Corn Alley and Nevis Street.
The victims, believed to be between 16 and 20 years of age, were walking in the area when a lone gunman — or individuals from another group — opened fire, striking all four. The injured sustained gunshot wounds to various parts of their bodies, including the hand, side, and leg.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported all four victims for medical treatment. Their conditions are reported to be stable.
