A body was discovered on the sidewalk of lower All Saints Road on Wednesday, prompting a police investigation into the circumstances of the man's death.
According to Antigua Observer, the deceased was found in front of an abandoned building that formerly operated as a supermarket, located opposite the Industrial Workshop for the Blind. A police bulletin issued later that evening identified the man as 75-year-old Carl Noel Lashley, described as being of no fixed address.
