The Cabinet of Antigua and Barbuda has approved the creation of a dedicated night court to handle traffic-related offences, a move designed to reduce case backlogs and deliver faster justice to residents.
According to Antigua Observer, the announcement was made by Maurice Merchant, Director General of Communications in the Prime Minister's Office, during yesterday's post-Cabinet briefing.
