Antigua and Barbuda has no weather-safe month on the calendar, the Meteorological Service has warned, with residents exposed to some form of climate-related risk throughout the entire year.

According to Antigua Observer, Forecaster Charissa Humphreys delivered the warning at the third National Climate Outlook Forum, presenting a seasonal chart that mapped weather threats across all twelve months of the calendar year.

Humphreys' presentation underscored the vulnerability of the twin-island nation to a range of seasonal hazards, reinforcing the need for year-round public preparedness rather than alertness confined to the traditional hurricane season.

The National Climate Outlook Forum serves as a key platform for meteorological authorities to brief stakeholders on anticipated weather patterns and associated risks, helping government agencies, communities, and businesses plan accordingly.
