Two residents of Mack Pond, All Saints, have been remanded in custody in connection with the murder of a man from their community, according to Antigua.news.
Kyle Taylor, 29, and Candace Sawyers, 30, both of Mack Pond, appeared before Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel. The pair, represented by attorney Wendel Alexander, were jointly charged by the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda and remanded until August 26th.
The charges relate to the death of 35-year-old Sheldon Dias, also a Mack Pond resident. Police say Dias sustained multiple injuries following an alleged altercation involving both accused on Friday, June 5th at Mack Pond, All Saints.
