Police recruits at the Sir Wright F. George Police Academy have received formal instruction on the justice system and court operations as part of their professional training.
According to Antigua Observer, Chief Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel visited the academy on Tuesday to deliver lectures covering court procedures and the Child Justice Act.
The session addressed criminal practice and procedure in the Magistrates' Court, evidential requirements, and related legal frameworks that officers are expected to apply in the field.
